He currently holds his insurance license and can work with clients in Colorado, Illinois, Georgia and Nebraska He has also worked with other financial firms both big and small. It's his time with big firms, however, that he credits with the birth of his philosophy.
Another key factor to his approach is education. In fact, he typically leads with his mission to equip, educate and empower entire families so they can reach their goals for the future. His 30 years of experience as a financial professional and business owner have also allowed him to connect with other business owners and understand their struggles. He now works with executives and owners to determine solutions that he hopes gives them a chance to secure the life they deserve.
But these families and business owners aren't just clients to Vince; they've quickly become friends and family members of his own. | know that if I sent my family members to a financial professional, I'd expect honesty and transparency at the bare minimum," Vince says. I aim to provide both in each of my interactions to promote trust, which is truly the key to any financial relationship. Of course, money is extremely personal, so when we initiate a conversation about past struggles, current hurdles and future obstacles we want our clients to know we stand on their side, dedicated to their excellence with an unwavering commitment to them.
Product knowledge and a concrete understanding of modern strategies also play prominently into an effective financial plan. Together, our team has nearly half a century of experience, and we utilize it each and every day, Vincent says, "There's no match for that kind of experience. You can study, you can learn the strategies, and you can hypothesize about their effectiveness but there's no substitute for hands-on work with clients, In fact, overcoming obstacles is, in my opinion, the best way to become a better advisor. Through tackling difficult needs and paying attention to coming storms to stay ahead of the curve, we can better prepare for the future with solutions geared to withstand hard times and be opportunistic in good times.
He might, however, be most passionate about his work at the Household of Faith Empowerment Temple, guiding others through their religious journey and instilling confidence in their futures. "Faith has played such a large role in my life, and I feel l've been blessed with countless opportunities. From my career to my family, I've always been led by my faith, trusting that there's a plan for me," Vincent says. "That's why I'm so proud of my work helping others find their conviction, especially on their path with God. He understands what's best for us, and I put my trust in Him to give me the strength to continue helping and motivating others to reach their goals.
He is now approaching the 30-year mark with his Renee, his adorable wife and the love of his life. Together, the two love to travel to new countries, absorbing both the language and the culture of a different part of the world. Vincent is also an avid reader, always on the hunt for new information that can help him improve both as a person and as an advisor. "Life is about growth so it's my mission to pursue a path of betterment," he says. "| truly believe God places us in positions to succeed and learn, and it's our job to take advantage of those opportunities while also passing them on to those around us.
